Inclusivity  is a founding principle of our work together, I invite the development of inclusivity in our work to enable more diverse and rich leadership. Exploring how to maximise difference and foster an environment where inclusivity is centre and forefront.

Inclusivity 

I work with influencers in on their personal, professional and organisational growth. Providing education and coaching to enable leaders to develop an environment of inclusivity in their organisation.

Starting with your understanding and education. I walk along side you to provide a sounding board, challenger and champion in the embodiment and role modelling required to create an inclusive and diverse culture from ‘care’ not simply ‘conformity’.

Inclusiveness – a commitment to foster inclusivity of nationality, education, gender, ethnicity, generation, age, working, thinking styles, gender and gender identity, sex and sexual orientation, LGBTQ + and BIPOC abilities, disabilities, experience and skills. Offering the invitation to maximise difference, foster an environment where inclusivity is centre and forefront.

Education to look beyond – a dialogue and experience that promotes understanding and questioning of individual and cultural education, beliefs and challenges colonisation.

Reverse Forwards – doing it differently, expanding your reach through strategic application of privilege, advocacy, inclusivity and innovation through the vulnerability of reverse mentoring and exchange

Anti Discrimination

Permission, diversity, belonging and inclusivity sit at the heart of our work. Our work is inclusive of nationality, education, gender identity and expression, ethnicity, generation, age, working, thinking styles, sex and sexual orientation, *LGBTQTSIA+, *BIPOC, abilities, disabilities, experience and skills. I will speak to and offer conversation and re-education if discrimination or racism towards the afore mentioned is present in any given situation.
